Magnolia sits at FM 1488 and FM 1774 in southwest Montgomery County. Take FM 1774 (Magnolia Blvd) southeast to Pinehurst, then TX-249 south to Medical Complex Dr and Calvert Rd. It’s 12.6 miles, usually 16 to 26 minutes. If you’re east of town near FM 1488, the Aggie Expressway (TX-249 Toll) runs down to Pinehurst too.

The Texas Renaissance Festival runs on Saturdays and Sundays from October to late November, out on FM 1774 in Todd Mission. Its traffic uses TX-249, FM 1488 and FM 1774, so if you’re bringing the car in on a Saturday then, give yourself extra time.
